Our Skills Boost sessions help you get up and running with your University work.
Our skills boost session will provide you with tips to boost your emotional wellbeing and mental health.
Skills boost sessions are aimed at students, but staff are welcome to attend.
Please note: The main class will be 30 minutes with an additional 15 mins for questions. Please note: This session will be delivered in-person.
