Mindful Movement In-Person
Have you been sitting for too long? Come and try some mindful movement!
Colleagues from our Disability and Wellbeing team will be running a short, Mindful Movement session in the Library.
Mindful movement draws on simple yoga or Qigong exercises. The focus is on mindful awareness not on achieving results. Movements are slow as we work with the breath gently and kindly listening to our bodies, we work up to but not beyond what feels difficult! Enjoy some gentle stretching and reunite your mind with your body.
No equipment or sports clothing required, just come as you are.
No booking required, please arrive by 12:10.
